Lt. Col. Aji P. Mathew is an Indian Army veteran with 14.5+ years of experience in high-risk operational and administrative environments, with expertise spanning security operations, threat assessment, crisis management, logistics, strategic planning and leadership.
During his distinguished military career, he served in counter-insurgency operations in J&K, high-altitude environments including Siachen Glacier, and Rashtriya Rifles, managing operational security, surveillance, troop deployment and remote operational bases. He also led large-scale pilgrimage security operations involving over 1 lakh civilians annually, maintaining zero incidents for three consecutive years.
His experience includes security and risk management, crisis and emergency response, logistics and supply-chain management, stakeholder coordination, operational planning and execution. He has also managed asset security, transportation safety and ammunition storage infrastructure across challenging operational environments.
